What Is Lion’s Tower Miniatures?

The Lion's Tower Miniatures is a miniature sculpting studio founded and run by Dan Kelly. He is a sculptor with over 34 years of experience in the wargaming hobby. Lion Tower Miniatures was incorporated in July 2016 in the UK as Lion's Tower Miniatures Ltd.

Origins & Evolution

Dan began sculpting in his childhood. He evolved from kitbashing and miniature conversions to creating his own complete miniatures in the early 2000s. Dan launched Lion’s Tower Miniatures as part of a Kickstarter campaign. This campaign was a commitment to finishing his sculpts. It was a success and made the shortlist for Best Miniature Range at the UK Games Expo.

Initially, physical resin miniatures were sold. However, Dan later switched to offering STL files for 3D printing.
