At CHILLCON, the safety of our attendees, traders, volunteers and staff are our number one priority. That's why we've come up with our COVID-19 policy.

Extra Measures

​

We will be making several improvements and introducing measures to the show to make sure the event is safe as possible:

​

• We'll have sanitizing stations throughout the venue 

• We'll be regularly be cleaning and sanitizing regular 'touch points' and key areas including toilets

• Where possible we'll be spacing out seating in our seating area's

• All demo games, participation games and board games library will be provided with hand sanitizer

Masks

​

Depending on the governments guidance we will know more information at the time. As it currently stands, masks are optional.

Entry To The Show

​

Depending on the governments guidance we will know more information at the time. However, as it currently stands we will not be asking for a COVID Passport upon entry.

Bring & Buy

​

We will still be holding a Bring & Buy at this years show, however, all we ask is that all items that are submitted are in good condition and forms are ready upon arrival. Download your forms by visiting this page

Payments

​

We will be accepting both card and cash at the show.
